Child actress Niña Sophie Gabrielle Corullo has passed away. She was six-years-old. Her death was due to severe dengue.
The child star was a former contestant in 2018 on the “Mini Me” segment of “It’s Showtime,” the noontime variety program of ABS-CBN.
Corullo’s agency JAMS Artist Production announced her passing on August 18, a day after an MMK episode where she played a part aired on ABS-CBN starring Yen Santos.
“We are asking for your help to pray for her soul to be in peace in heaven, and guide and heal her family that is encountering downfalls. Her two siblings are in the hospital — one is diagnosed with dengue (critical) and one is under observation,” read a post on the JAMS Facebook page.
